It takes a little practice to use the kit properly. It can be easy when buffing to wipe th he new paint off completely. The YouTube videos helped and I was able to make a decent repair on quite a deep scratch.

This product exceeded my expectations.
Deeper scratches took two coats. But all and all came up looking really good.
If you follow the instructions and work on small parts at a time, the results are bloody good.
The video was a excellent help. Paint touch up colour perfect. Have given the car a full polish and guess what, not stone chips. Plenty of paint and solvent left over if required later. I would definitely recommend this touch up paint system.

Smaller chips are gone in minutes, so simple. Bigger chips takes a few coats. Scratches too it seems to work ok but you need to be patient. Have tried other brands where the colour match was not as good as this. Tried on both an Estoril BMW m coupe from 2000 and a Fire Red VW Polo from 2013, both colour matches are perfect. Thoroughly recommend.
I have now bought two colour chips over the last 4 years and have found the colour match exceptional.
I bought Dr Colourchip to repair about 30 pin head sized stone chips on the bonnet of my 3 yr old ‘soul red’ coloured sports car. I’m pretty fussy, but the outcome far exceeded my expectations. Looking hard under a light, from about 500 mm, I can only see about 4 sites where I made a repair.
Really simple to use, colour match was perfect.
